Group of Categories was created by Larsen

I am reading in the "GMapFP for dummies" documentation about the Group of Categories. But this button seems to be missing from my GMapFP Control Panel. Have I missed something? See attachment for how my control panel looks.

Hi,

The group of categories were in Joomla 1.5.
In Joomla 3 there are a tree of categories.
