Lightbox display

I hope that someone here may be able to help as I cannot get any response from a ticket.

I have the GmapFP pro but the lightbox for items shows up with the background from the main template and makes the content unreadable. I've tried to figure out if this is coming from the css or somewhere else but it is really looking bad. Can anyone give me guidance?
