Bubble html photo

Hello,
I have an issue that I am not able to resolve myself. I have searched in the forum, but I did not find an answer to my problem.
I want to display a photo in the bubble (like in the article), but the photo does not show.



I have insert the place with the photo and I woul like to be displayed like this

Thank you very much, that solved my issue. I did write the absolute address, but it seems that JCE put it back to relavite, then I edited it with code writter and it works like a charm.
