Hello, problem with the position of the map?

Hello, I'm currently building a new site for a friend and want to use your fantastic extension to show tourist accommodation on the map. My problem is that when I choose 'map under the listing' or map upper the listing' It cuts out of the web page and 'map to the right' can not be seen at all! The CSS in the components menu only seems to work with pop up boxes etc. not the actual google map, where can I change the position of the map? Automatic centering option does not seem to work.
