[SOLVED] Map is not re-centering when mouse over Location name was created by Krx
Hello
Map is set to show only one category.
I've noticed that after initial page load map is not re-centering when mouse-over location detail name below map.
{LINK REMOVED}
Map is set so that after loading it shows only one Town
However, map also contains locations outside that town.
Mouse over first item: "XYZ - bistro". This item is not in Town. Look in attached photo.
You'll see info popup on the top left. map doesn't move into that location position.
But if map is zoomed out so that "XYZ - bistro" is shown, it starts re-center properly.
Also when drop down with town is changed to select another town,
it refreshes and changes items below the map but map stays locked in initial town.
Imho there is something wrong with re-centering (auto pan) system.

Hello
Please if you could look into this.
I need to launch soon and I cannot because this isn't working.
Also this feature was most important for me to choose GmapFP over HotSpots for this project, so it's vital to have it working.
If you remember, it was similar problem approx 2 yrs ago, and you fixed it.
Best Regards

Hello
Great news, it works, indeed.
Was it just in auto centering settings or something else as well?
Because before I created this topic I tried to turn Auto Centering On and Off, and problem was there no matter of setting.
I actually deliberately set that option to No, because I wanted that map initially shows only Initially set town and that it's completely zoomed into it, because most of locations are from that town. After that users if they want should be able to navigate away by panning or mousing over locations below the map.
With "Auto centering On" after map is loaded 1st time, map is zoomed out and it shows part of of map which contains all locations.
Although now works OK and many thanks for finding it out, is it possible to have this scenario:
- Autocentering is on
- When loading 1st time map should be zoomed into initially set town at specified zoom level.
This is now possible only with Autocentering Off, but with that option turned off panning doesn't work properly.
Also, can I get latest GmapFP version which you installed in our website?
Thanks
Regards

Hi,
All is possible, but is not simple.
I was waiting that you to confirm that it worked fine before sending.
