[SOLVED] IE problem and multiple info boxes opened

I've noticed that if map is filtered by town or by region, location list below map displays wrong info box on mouse hover.
Before filter is applied, info boxes works OK.
It seems that filtering adds another set of IDs to list below.

This happens in IE only, I've tested it in IE8 and IE11

Very often when location cluster is clicked, after map zoom in all location info boxes are opened.
This happens in all browsers.
I don't want loose option to open locations info on hover, because if I set it to open on mouse click than map looses centering location on mouse hover over location list below map

Solution to this would be to add 200-300 ms delay on funtion which opens info box on mouse hover.
Can you advise how and where to add delay to hover function?

I installed latest com_GMapFP_J3_P_38 version over previous latest one, but issue 1 is still there:

- when filter is not active, mouse-over above locations below map shows correct infoboxes in map.
- when locations are filtered by town or by region, mouse-over above filtered location below map shows wrong infoboxes in map

It seems that when filter is activated, locations below the map are correctly filtered, but mouse-over over filtered locations shows the same infoxoxes like non filtered locations, from different city.

Also filtering by city, in all other browsers reposition map to selected city. In IE, map doesn't move to selected city.

Problem occurs in IE only.
Just for testing I switched to default Joomla template and problem is there as well.
