Map doesn't load

Hello, I have a problem. I installed today GMapFP component, module and plugin. The installation went well, but in the backend as wel in the frontend I don't see the map. I read something about de API code from Google. I have one, but I can't find were to put it.

This is what I see:

Thank you for your answer. I bought 4 days ago the pro version. In the frontend the map is now showing. In de backend still not. But maybe it is because of this: after buying it says: "The installation file will be sent within 24 hours to the address indicated in your order." I didn't receice an istallation file. Can you send that to me? Maybe then the problem is solved.
